LESSONS??
I know what I've taught them,
I'm just not quite sure, sometimes, what they learned!
And then it seems,
AT THE MOST INOPPORTUNE MOMENT
I discover
What they learned!
BACK TO SQUARE ONE!!
And sometimes, I just say, OK!
Chrissy, I can always count on you for encouragement when I need it. Your kids are growing up. I love your son's hairstyle. Your daughter is a mini you. And your baby is not a baby anymore. I'm sure they have retained more than you think of what you have taught them.
They always seem to shock us with the thing they remember. Most often I find the really important stuff sticks, and the really un-important. It's teh in between stuff that gets lost in the shuffle.
